CANCELLATION POLICY

While we hope you will be able to honor your reservation and camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change.  If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours – 9 am to 6 pm. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.

  • Campers who don’t call and don’t show up for their site will have their reservation cancelled without a refund of their deposit. If you haven’t paid a deposit, you will be charged on your credit card using the cancellation payment policy below.
     

  • We do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, family emergencies or early departures.  Our cancellation policy varies depending on the time of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
     

  • All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.  The original 3% credit card fee for any deposits paid will be deducted from the refund plus an added 3% fee is applied to all credit card transactions to process the credit card refund. Check or cash deposits will be refunded by check within 7 t0 14 days including mailing time.

 

Daily and weekly reservations have the following cancelation policy

  • Cancelations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date, a refund of the deposit paid less a 25% cancelation fee and any credit card processing fees (if applicable) will be paid within 7 to 14 days.
     

EXAMPLES:

$160 weekly 50 amp site + $16 FL sales tax x 50% = $88 deposit paid by credit card x 75% = $66 - $3.96 (6% credit card processing fee) = $62.04 refund on credit card.

$160 weekly 50 amp site + $16 FL sales tax x 50% = $88 deposit paid by check or cash x 75% = $66 refund by check

  • Cancelations made 14 to 30 days before the reservation arrival date will receive 50% refund of deposit paid and minus any applicable credit card processing fees within 7 to 14 days.
     

EXAMPLES:
 

$160 weekly 50 amp site + $16 FL sales tax x 50% = $88 deposit paid by credit card x 50% = $44 - $3.96 (6% credit card processing fee) = $40.04 refund on credit card.
 

$160 weekly 50 amp site + $16 FL sales tax x 50% = $88 deposit paid by check or cash x 50% = $44 refund by check

  • Cancelations made less than 14 days before arrival date will receive 25% of the deposit refunded and minus any credit card processing fees, if applicable, within 7 to 14 days.
     

EXAMPLES:

$160 weekly 50 amp site + $16 FL sales tax x 50% = $88 deposit paid by credit card x 25% = $22 - $3.96 credit card processing fee = $18.04 refund on credit card.

$160 weekly 50 amp site + $16 FL sales tax x 50% = $88 deposit paid by check or cash x 25% = $22 refund by check

**If a deposit was not paid, your credit card will be charged accordingly to the policies.

 

Monthly reservations have the following cancelation policy

  • Cancelations made more than 60 days before arrival date will receive a refund of amount paid less a $25.00 cancelation fee by check within 7 to 14 days.
     

  • Cancelations made 30 to 60 days before arrival date will receive a refund of amount paid less a $50.00 cancelation fee by check within 7 to 14 days.
     

  • Cancelations made less than 30 days before arrival date will receive 50% of the deposit paid back by check within 7 to 14 days.
     

**If a deposit was not paid, your credit card on file will be charged accordingly to the policies.
