PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND POLICIES CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU USE OUR WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND POLICIES.
Occupant’s Responsibilities: The registered occupant assumes all responsibility for the behavior of and/or damages caused by their family members and/or guests. Uncontrolled, destructive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to eviction and/or banning from the campground. Each site's occupants are responsible for maintaining a neat and clean site. Staff will mow and trim as necessary to maintain the campground. Attempts will be made to notify monthly/seasonal renters in advance of maintenance.
Check In/Check Out: Occasional renters: 1:00 pm. Check out is 11 am. Seasonal renters may check in once the campground opens and must check out by the announced close date unless other arrangements have been made.
Parking: Absolutely no parking is allowed along the roadway except to disconnect tow vehicles. Each site is provided with adequate space for one (1) vehicle in addition to the camping unit. Anyone parking in such a manner as to block the driveway of a neighboring site or impeding the flow of traffic must move the vehicle IMMEDIATELY! All visitors must leave the campground by 9:00 p.m.
Speed Limit/Safety: The speed limit within the campground is 5 mph.
Noise/Disturbances: Please remember the proximity of your neighbors. No excessive noise at any time. Quiet between the hours of 8 pm. and 8 am. After 10 pm. please turn radios off and keep voices down. Any disturbance that intrudes on another camper is not permitted. All fireworks are prohibited.
Personal Injury/Property: Old Town Campground and the management shall not be liable for injury to persons or for property loss/damage.
Unexpected Weather Conditions: If adverse weather watches have been announced for the immediate area and you would like shelter, contact the Dixie County Emergency Services to find the closest Old Town, FL safe areas. You will be notified if an evacuation of the area is required.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only in the permit holder’s camping unit or on his/her assigned site, and in accordance with The Liquor Control Act.
Pets: Pets are welcome and must always be on a leash. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. No pets allowed in any campground buildings. A provided enclosed dog park is available for pets to play and run. Pets are not to be left unattended. Excessive barking is not allowed and the pet may have to be removed from the campground.
Water Usage: You may wash your car in the designated area around the maintenance area before the storage designated space. RV washing is allowed on your camp site. Pets may also be bathed at car wash or at your camp spot. Pets MUST NOT BE BATHED IN SHOWERS – no pets in the restroom showers. There is a $5.00 fee for RV washing.
Campfires: Firewood is provided for a fee. Fires are only permitted within the fire pits provided. Please do not transport firewood in or out of campground to prevent the spread of Dutch Elm Disease. Fire pits are not to be used to burn garbage.
Site Occupancy: One camping unit (tent trailer, camper, camper truck, conversion van, motor home, etc...) shall be allowed on each campsite. Dining tents are permitted if space allows.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. Employees and Company will not have access to your payment information. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. The Government has created specific offences (laws) for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible
Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
These Terms of Service are hereby effective on December 1, 2018 and will apply to the website that you are visiting, www.oldtowncampground.com, which is owned by Old Town Campground .

Our Terms are a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation plus a 3% Merchant Account’s Fee This will cover the Camping fees required in part but all other purchases and the remaining balance will be charged and paid for upon arrival at Old Town Campground.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
